Terra Sancta Mysterious Diggings Pinot Noir 2024 is a bright and approachable expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir that reflects the sandy, high-altitude terroir of the Mysterious Diggings vineyard in Bannockburn. It shows a medium ruby colour with lifted aromatics of cherry, raspberry and boysenberry, complemented by violet, subtle spice and hints of star anise. On the palate the wine is lively and balanced, offering juicy red fruit layered with gentle earthy and herbal undertones, soft, snow-like tannins and a smooth, elegant finish a silky, perfumed Pinot with purity and energetic freshness that makes it both vibrant and easy to enjoy. Pairs well with brie and camembert cheese, poultry, and pork.
