The 2020 Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels Marsanne/Viognier opens with expressive aromas of apricot, ripe pear and quince, layered with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle and toasted almond. On the palate it is full-bodied and beautifully textured, combining rich stone fruit with creamy lees character, refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral backbone. An excellent match for grilled fish, roast chicken, seafood risotto or dumplings.
