Two Paddocks Dry Riesling 2021 is a crisp, aromatic dry white from the famed Central Otago region, made from estate-grown fruit in the Red Bank Vineyard. It shows a pale lemon-green colour with lifted notes of tart apple, nectarine, citrus and white flowers, followed by peach and lime flavours that carry plenty of texture and concentration. Bright acidity and a steely, mineral finish give the wine vibrant structure and a clean, refreshing profile that makes it both expressive and food-friendly. Pairs well with crab, lobster, shrimp tempura, sushi, and grilled mackerel.
