A fresh and vibrant Margaret River white blend, the 2024 Vasse Felix Filius Sauvignon Blanc Semillon opens with aromas of passionfruit, lime and grapefruit layered with notes of lemongrass, fresh herbs and citrus blossom. On the palate it is light to medium-bodied and crisp, combining bright tropical and citrus fruit with lively acidity and a refreshing mineral edge. Hints of guava, green apple and wet stone carry through the clean, energetic finish, reflecting the region’s classic Sauvignon Blanc–Semillon style. Pairs well with oysters, grilled prawns, fresh salads and goat’s cheese.
